Joshua Morrisey

Joshua Morrisey was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, though raised in North Carolina. He spent his childhood in church doing what he loved: singing and dancing. It wasn't until COVID-19 that Joshua fell in love with musical theatre when he watched a bootleg of Legally Blonde the Musical.At 15, Joshua did his first musical (King Julian in Madagascar). Since then, he has performed regionally in multiple productions: Jelly's Last Jam, Sister Act, Matilda, Rock of Ages, etc. After graduating high school, he decided to further his learning by attending East Carolina University to get a BFA in Musical Theatre.Completing his first year of college, Joshua took a year off to join the North American Tour of Mean Girls the Musical. He currently plays Damian Hubbard. He is thankful to his friends and family for their love and support.
